This follows the launch of the second edition of the Uganda Travel Month, an initiative to promote Domestic Tourism by The Pearl Guide Uganda.
The 2017 edition was launched at an event held at Prunes Restaurant on Wednesday evening.
Speaking at the launch, Philip Kalibwani from The Pearl Guide Uganda noted that Ugandans will enjoy trips for as low as 230K as they experience and indulge in different fun activities including water rafting, zip-lining, and game drives among others.
This year’s edition will start in Jinja on September 30, and then head to Lake Bunyonyi during the Independence weekend, and later Queen Elizabeth in Kasese, and end in Murchison Falls on 21st October.
Uganda Travel Month is sponsored by Nile Special, Total Excellium, and Radiocity.
