A few weeks ago, news broke on social media that Jamaican Reggae star will be coming for a show on December 1. RedFog, a new events company in a Press Conference yesterday confirmed that they were behind the Jamaican star’s performance in Uganda.
It was announced to the media at a conference held at Fame Lounge bar in Kololo. Ugandan Reggae Singer Maddox Ssematimba who will share the stage with Tarrus Riley was a the press conference and he promised to put up a good show come December 1 at Cricket Oval in Lugogo.
While speaking to Rayan the Marketing Manager at Red Fog, he said the brand was perfectly matched with the leading reggae artiste. “The pairing between RedFog and Tarrus Riley to deliver a once in a lifetime rewarding musical experience for all our consumers and for Uganda is perfect. This will undoubtedly be the biggest and greatest concert of the year, following in the steps of the concert,” Rayan said.
Tarrus Riley over the years delivered stunning performances on stage around the world. Tarrus was born on April 26th, 1979 in Bronx, New York, he was raised in Jamaica.
He released his debut album titled Challenges and the 38year-old has never looked back racking up awards like consistently, and accolades for Best Singer, Male Vocalist, Cultural Artiste, song of the year, among others.
Tarrus Riley is the voice behind hits like Wildfire, protect the people, herbs , she’s royal, Bress me, Gimme Likkle one drop, and don’t come back.
Tickets will go for UGX 50,000 ordinary, UGX 12O, OOO VIP and UGX 3,000,000 VVIP.
