Minister of ICT Frank Tumwebaze’s phone stolen at a Press Conference

Earlier today, Hon Frank Tumwebaze who is   Cabinet Minister of Information Technology and Communications (ICT) joined the list of phoneless people. This came after his phone was stolen by unidentified person at Uganda Media Centre in Kampala.

Hon Tumwebaze addressed a Press Brief this morning at Uganda Media Centre. It was about the Free Wifi Government is going to offer at the KCCA Festival on Sunday

While he was on the podium addressing the Press about the free WIFI that the Government in going to provide whole day at the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Festival, he had left his phone where he was seated before he was called to speak.

By the time he was done with his presentation, he looked for his phone but in vain. “Where is my phone? Who has seen my phone?” Tumwebaze was seen asking as he walked to and fro his car in confusion. He was then left leaving the venue after when no one was answering his Question.
