KCCA, VIPERS in action as three games are lined in Uganda Premier League

The Uganda Top tier football league Uganda premier League (UPL) returns this evening with three games lined up at different ground.

According to a communication seen by our reporter form the league running body secretariat, the fourth placed 2015/16 Uganda cup winners sports club Vipers will host Sadolin football at St Mary’s Stadium.

Vipers fresh from a 1-0 defeat to Kirinya Jinja SSS enter this game placed fourth on the log of 16 teams with 35 points from 21 games well as poor travellers Sadolin Paints is placed 11th with 24 points from 23 games played.

At Philip Omondi stadium in Lugogo, the Uganda premier league defending champions Kampala Capital City Authority FC (KCCA) will host Bright Stars in a game that will test Coach Mike Mutebi’s boys before hosting Al Masry three days later in the first leg of the Total CAF confederations cup.

KCCA FC enters this game placed second on the table but in search for Maximum three points having failed to win any of their last two previous games (made draws against Soana and Prolice) but has collected 43 point from 20 games played well as Bright Stars is   9th with 27 points collected from 23 games played.

The other game will be 3rd placed tax collectors (Uganda Revenue Authority FC) battling 12th Jinja based side BUL FC at Kakindu stadium
