Forum for democratic change (FDC) has today warned its district party leaders against involving themselves in consultative FDC campaigns that are not approved by the party leadership located in Najjanankumbi .

In a letter addressed to the FDC district leaders by the party secretary Gen Nathan Nandala Mafabi, informed them that any one from the headquarters or anywhere with intentions of caring out any political activity in any area under the name of the FDC party should first demonstrate that the activity in question was discussed and approved by the FDC national executive committee.

In a press conference held at Najjanankumbi earlier today, Mubarrak Munyagwa said that “ nobody is stopping Gen Muntu from visiting party branches but the idea behind is to harmonize our programs  and so the reason as to why we forwarded the letter is simply to notify us about the ongoing activities”.

But basing on our one on one phone chatting with one of the FDC member ,this move is aimed at blocking consultative meetings of the former party president none other than  Gen. Mugisha Muntu which starts today in Hoima district.
