Balaam and Jeff Kiwa want to steal our brother’s property- Mowzey Radio’s brothers speak out

By Our Reporter

Meddie Ssembajja who is big brother to Singer Mowzey Radio and Frank Ssekibogo Mowzey’s young brother have come out five days after the singer was laid to rest to speak out.

The two brothers have pinned events promoter Balaam Barugahare and former Radio and Weasel Manager Jeff Kiwa for wanting to take advantage of the Late Singer’s property. Ssembajja and Ssekibogo called a Press Conference this morning at their mother’s home in Kagga- Nakawuka where the singer was laid to rest.

Ssembajja said that they got a call from their Family Lawyer John Katende who said Balaam and Jeff have been to his office claiming that part of Radio’s property belonged to Jeff Kiwa. “While at the Mortuary on the day Mowzey died, Balaam took us aside and told us we should seel every property that belonged to Mowzey Radio and share it with Jeff Kiwa” Ssekibogo said, adding that Jeff Kiwa was on phone that very day claiming the same.

The brothers also said that Balaam should bring accountability of the Shs10M that was meant to cater for the burial arrangements. “Balaam said that he would use the Shs10M to cater for a huge stage where everyone would step on while speaking at the burial but we didn’t see that” Ssembajja said, adding that security was not enough at the burial because Balaam didn’t use the money well.

The money was also meant to build a small house on our brother’s grave but they left it as it is ever since Saturday. They thanked Socialite Bryan White who offered Shs15M to build the graveyard and also more money to cater for the mother’s house.
