Parliament approves Dr Ruhakana Rugunda as Prime minister

Parliament has approved the appointment of Dr Ruhakana Rugunda as Prime Minister of Uganda. Rugunda was approved with 262 votes. Three legislators voted against his appointment while four others abstained.
